3. Services

Our smart cooling offerings include on-site device installation, remote monitoring, and periodic upkeep sessions. To schedule, consult our contact form. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled free of charge. For cancellations within 48 hours, a non-reimbursable deposit applies due to resource allocation.

4. Info Products

We offer digital guides, tutorials, and software tools related to smart cooling. Purchasers may request a refund within 14 days of download if the digital item has not been fully consumed. To initiate, use the contact form. After 14 days or once the item is fully accessed, no refund is available due to content access.

5. Merchandise

Physical devices and accessories can be shipped to your address. If a product is defective or damaged, you may ship it back within 30 days of receipt. Once received, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Customers must use a traceable shipping method and cover initial shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty.

6. Refund Policy

• All refund requests must be submitted via the contact form within the time frame specified for each category.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
• Service postponements are available; contact us to arrange a new date.
• Non-refundable items or deposits are clearly indicated at purchase based on resource commitment.

CoolAir Evo may modify these terms. Revised terms take effect upon posting on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
